Universal Surgicals

We are located on the ground floor of house number 1/1/17-B-473 in Jawaharnagar. It’s right near the T. E. T. C. X Roads, which is a pretty well-known spot if you're trying to find us. Most of what we do involves moving boxes of medical supplies in and out of the storage area. The ground floor makes it easier to load things onto the trucks, though the narrow street can be a bit of a headache for the drivers. It’s mostly just stacks of surgical tapes, gloves, and basic hospital equipment piled up. We spend a lot of our time checking inventory lists and making sure the counts are right because nobody wants to be short on supplies when a clinic calls. The office part is just a desk with a computer that’s seen better days and a phone that rings more often than we’d like. It’s a practical setup, nothing more than what we need to get the orders processed. We don't have a showroom or anything like that for people to walk through. It's just a working space where things get packed and shipped. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets a bit much in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and organizing shelves, but it keeps the day moving fast. We’ve been at this X Roads location for a long while now and it suits us fine. There's always something to do.
