Jagruthi Resorts & Developers Private Limited is based in the Malaysian Township area of KPHB Colony. You can find us at Raintree Park, specifically in Block 33, Flat 105. It’s part of the 5th Phase, which is a fairly busy part of town. We do a mix of resort management and some property development work. Our office isn't in a big commercial tower, it’s just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers. This works well for us because it’s a comfortable place to work. Spending time on site plans and talking to contractors is how we pass the day. Being in the township means there’s always something going on outside our windows. There isn't a large staff here, just a small group of us who have been doing this for a while. Polished words and fancy talk aren't really our thing. We just handle the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure our projects are moving forward. Sometimes we have to travel out to the resort locations, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. Parking in KPHB can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this area. The local community here is great. It’s a practical setup for a business like ours, and we just keep our heads down and get the work finished each day.
