We've been at Fourth Floor Balaji Mansion in Jayabheri Enclave for a while now. Gachibowli is a busy spot, but our office stays pretty focused on the day-to-day engineering work. Its Planner Engineers Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge outfit, just a group of people who know their way around technical drawings and site plans. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking through project details with the guys on the ground. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when deadlines are tight. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything. Just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. People come by when they need stuff figured out for their buildings or infrastructure projects. We've seen Gachibowli change a lot from our window over the years. Some days we are out on sites more than we are in the office. It's practical work. We deal with the math and the layout stuff so things actually get built right. It isn't always glamorous, and there's usually a lot of back and forth to get the details right. We just try to keep things moving. If you walk into Balaji Mansion and head to the fourth floor, you'll find us probably arguing over a design change or drinking tea while waiting for a file to load. The fourth floor is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we are used to it by now. We just get on with the drawings and the site plans.
