Itc Hotel Kakatiya Sheraton & Towers

This is the place where M. Venkatesh works for Itc Hotel Kakatiya Sheraton & Towers, over at the Sri Vijaya Ganesh Residency. We are specifically in Flat 201 at the address 48-360/201, right in the heart of Ganesh Nagar Chintal. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad, especially around the 500 054 zip code. Working with a big hotel name means there is always something going on that needs attention. Even though we are based in a residency flat, the work is pretty much constant. We handle a lot of the small details that guests do not usually see when they stay at a hotel. There is a lot of coordination between many different departments. Chintal is a crowded area, so there is always noise coming in from the street. We have gotten used to the sound over the years. Our flat is filled with ledgers, notes, and various files. It is not a big lobby with marble floors and fancy lights; it is just a functional workspace. We deal with staff matters, some bookings, and general upkeep stuff. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just have to wait for the generator to kick in. It is just how things are around here. We know the local chai stall very well. Every day starts with a long list of things to do, and we usually only finish half of them because new things always pop up out of nowhere. It is a lot of talking on the phone and writing out emails. We do not have a big fancy sign outside. We just have our work and this small space in Ganesh Nagar. It has been our home base for quite a while now.
