Internal Recruiter

We operate out of a house at H.No 3-13-391 in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. It’s more of a home-office setup than a corporate building. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. Most of our day is spent on the phone or reading through lists of people and jobs. Being in Trimulgherry is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the middle of the city, but still close enough to get to everything easily. We go by the name Internal Recruiter because that’s exactly what we do. We help find people for roles within various organizations. It’s not a fancy process with lots of software or complicated algorithms. It’s mostly just us talking to people and seeing if they’re a good fit for what’s needed. The office is basically a couple of desks, some filing cabinets, and a very busy coffee machine. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people find us through personal connections. It’s a lot of work, keeping track of everyone and making sure the right calls are made. Some days are just constant talking, and other days are spent quietly looking through files. We’ve been doing this for some time now, and we’ve gotten a feel for how the local job market works. We don't promise the world; we just try to find decent people for decent jobs. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and help others do the same in our city.
