We set up shop on the 6th floor of the Midtown building in Banjara Hills. It’s on Road No. 1, which everyone knows is always packed with cars and people moving around. Being in the B Block gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening on the ground. We handle property stuff, acting as realtors for people who are looking to buy or sell around here. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the buyer and the seller are actually on the same page. We spend a lot of time double-checking things because mistakes in real estate are a real pain to fix later. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city or anything like that. We just want to do a solid job for whoever walks through the door. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and maps, but we know where everything is. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the market, and other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. It’s just how it is in this business. We’ve been at this for a bit and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows. If you find yourself in Banjara Hills, you probably know how busy it gets. We usually have the kettle on if you need a break from the noise.
