Instead Ed Solutions is located in Tirumalagiri, Secunderabad. We are inside Alankritha Meadows at Plot No 28. It’s a nice, quiet residential area which is a bit of a relief from the more crowded parts of Hyderabad. Our office is basically a house. We like it that way because it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate environment. There’s a bit of a garden out front, though we aren't great at keeping the grass cut. We work on education projects here. Most of the time, it's just a few of us sitting around with our laptops. We don't have any cubicles or formal meeting rooms. We usually just talk over the dining table or in the living area. It’s a relaxed place to spend the day. Sometimes the mailman gets lost because the plot numbers in the meadows can be a bit tricky. We have to go out to the gate to guide people in. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits and ties. We’re usually just in casual clothes, focused on our tasks. Being in Secunderabad means it’s a bit cooler and greener than the city center. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do our work. It’s just a good, quiet spot where we can think and get things done without the noise.
