This place is located in the Gachibowli area of Hyderabad, specifically over at the G.P.R.A Quarters in Indiranagar. It’s a spot where Sakchi Sinha and others involved with the industrial trainee program under the Accor Group of Novotel Hotel are based. Gachibowli is usually very crowded with tech workers and traffic, but our corner in Quarters No. 91/G is a bit more tucked away. Being a trainee involves a lot of learning on the go and staying busy with whatever the hotel needs from us. A lot of time is spent going back and forth between the living quarters and the hotel itself. It’s not a fancy office setup; it’s more of a practical home base for people who are just starting out in the hospitality business. The rooms are basic and we share a lot of the space while we study our training manuals or get ready for our shifts. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water doesn't run right, but that's part of living in the city. Most of us come from different places, brought together by the work we do for the Novotel. It gets quite warm in Hyderabad during the day, so staying indoors is preferred when possible. We usually eat together or grab something quick from the local shops nearby. It’s a busy life for a trainee, and this address is where it all starts for most of us here.
