Our workplace is at Poornima Residency, House Number 1-80/4, right here in Hyderabad. We go by Indian Hospitality Hotels&Resorts Pvt Limited, but that’s just the official name on the papers. We are a small group of people working out of this space. It’s more of a residential-style office than a big corporate tower. We deal with various hotel and resort tasks, but we aren't at the actual resorts themselves most of the time. We are the ones handling the bookings and the back-end stuff that keeps everything running smoothly. The area around 500076 is fairly busy, but our little spot is relatively calm compared to the main road. We don't have a big staff. It's usually just two or three of us at the desks. We spend a lot of time checking dates and talking to property managers. It isn't always exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and old registers from previous years. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or anything like that, just a kettle for tea. Sometimes we lose track of time when the phones are ringing constantly and there is a lot to do. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. We just try to get the jobs done correctly so people don't have issues when they check in. If you're looking for us, Poornima Residency is the place. It’s a straightforward setup.
