Our office is located at 6-3-248 on Road No 1 in Khairatabad. It’s a convenient spot for us to work from. ILHARA PROPERTIES LLP is a small operation, really. We spend most of our time dealing with the local property market right here in Hyderabad. It’s not always easy, as anyone who has tried to buy or sell land knows. There is always some paperwork missing or a delay at a government office, but we’ve learned to be patient. We don't have a polished corporate image. Most days you’ll find us in casual clothes, just talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. We know the Khairatabad area like the back of our hands. We aren't interested in using high-pressure sales tactics or making big promises we can't keep. We just tell people the facts about the properties we have on our books. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up documents, and other times we’re out of the office for hours looking at different sites. The traffic on Road No 1 can be tough, but we like being where the people are. It’s a straightforward business. We show up every day, do the work, and try to help our clients without making things more complicated than they need to be. That's pretty much how we operate. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amid all the chaos.
