Iict Zaheer Memorial High School

Our school is tucked away inside the IICT Campus in Habsiguda. Being inside a research campus makes it a bit different from other schools that are right on the main road. It’s a bit quieter, which is nice for the students. We’ve been operating here for a long time now. The building is simple and we focus on the everyday needs of the kids who come here. Most of our students come from the families living around Habsiguda or from the staff working nearby. It’s a high school, so things can get pretty serious once the board exams start getting close. We have teachers who have been with us for years and they know most of the families by name. It isn't a massive place with thousands of kids, so it feels more like a community where everyone knows who is who. We don’t have fancy high-tech labs, but we have the equipment that works and gets the job done. Sometimes the bells are a bit loud, and the hallways get messy after lunch, but that’s just how a real school looks. We spend a lot of time on the basic subjects and making sure the kids actually understand what they're reading. It’s just a normal school where we try to do right by the students and give them a place to grow up and learn. There is plenty of shade from the trees outside, which helps during the hotter months in Hyderabad.
