Our office is tucked away on Rajbhavan Road in Somajiguda, which is a pretty well-known spot in Hyderabad. It stays quite noisy outside with all the cars and bikes constantly moving toward the circle, but inside we try to keep things a bit more focused. Idp Education India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this building for a bit, and it’s become our second home. We have a small group of staff who handle the daily inflow of students. Most days, our desks are covered in notebooks and printouts. It’s not a polished corporate showroom; it’s a working office where people are actually doing things. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining how to fill out forms or what to expect when moving abroad. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a hum, but nobody really minds. We’ve got a routine down now. Some students come in with their parents, looking a bit worried, and we just sit down and talk it through. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. It’s just about getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows the next step. If you’re coming from the main road, the entrance is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the sign. We usually have some tea around if someone needs a break. It's just a regular group of us working hard here in Somajiguda. We like that the local shops are close by for lunch.
