Grishma Industries

Grishma Industries is set up in the Phase III area of the IDA in Cherlapally. This is a big industrial zone on the outskirts of Hyderabad, and it’s filled with all kinds of factories and workshops. We are in the CF Area, which is usually buzzing with activity from early morning until late at night. The roads are often filled with trucks and workers on motorcycles. Our unit is a practical workspace designed for the kind of industrial tasks we do every day. It’s often hot and noisy inside, but that’s the nature of the work. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years, and we all know the routine by heart now. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from being part of this local industrial community. We spend our time on the shop floor more than we do in the office. There’s always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs adjusting. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a grit-and-grime kind of job, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the day’s work finished and the shutters going down at the end of the shift. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without making much of a fuss about it. The water cooler is usually the most popular spot in the shop during the summer months.
