Icfai Republic School

Our school is at 19-3-5 in Fathe Nagar. We have been here for a good stretch of time now. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose. Icfai Republic School is just a place for local kids to get their lessons done. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops. You can hear the sounds of the street from the upper floors. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just the entrance where everyone signs in. The teachers come in early, usually around the same time the milkman passes by. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the desks are in rows. It’s a lot of paper and chalk and kids talking in the halls. Sometimes the gate squeaks when it opens, and we keep meaning to oil it. It’s just a normal school day here. There’s no big marketing team or anything like that behind us. We’re just the people who show up every day to keep the school running. Fathe Nagar is a busy place, and we are just one small part of it. When the bell rings at the end of the day, the whole street fills up with uniforms. Then it gets quiet again until the next morning. It’s a simple cycle that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We keep our heads down and just do the work that needs doing. There is no secret to it, just staying consistent for the neighborhood.
