Saimahalakshmi Rubber Products

Our shop, Saimahalakshmi Rubber Products, is located at Plot No. 58/A in the Phase 1 area of I. D. A Cherlapally. It’s a real industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and machines humming nearby. We specialize in rubber parts, which means the smell of heated rubber is always around. It’s a smell you stop noticing after you’ve worked here for a month. We have a few heavy presses that have seen better days, but they still get the job done. The workshop floor is concrete and often has bits of trimmed rubber scattered about. We spend our days loading the molds and checking the parts as they come out. It’s hot work, especially in the middle of the day, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't have a fancy showroom or a sales team in suits. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of grease or soot on our hands. We supply parts to other factories around the area. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few local guys we’ve known forever. We eat our lunch together sitting on some crates in the back. We don't bother with fancy talk or big promises. We just make the parts to the size people ask for and try to keep things moving. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years.
