Human Connect

Human Connect is located in Hyderabad at Elite Court Estate. We are up in room 403. It’s a solid, older building that’s easy enough for people to find. We’ve been operating from this spot for several years now. Our main job is to connect people with jobs and help companies find the right staff. It’s a very people-oriented business, which means our office is often full of different faces. Some days it’s very quiet and we’re just catching up on emails, and other days it’s hectic with people coming in for interviews. We have some mismatched furniture that we’ve picked up over the years. It doesn't look like a fancy corporate office, but it’s practical and comfortable enough for us. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing speak. We just sit down and talk to people to see what they’re looking for. The view from our floor is mostly of the roofs of other buildings, but we don't spend much time looking out the window anyway. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep us going. The paperwork can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, so we have piles of folders on most of the desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office; we just want to help people find work. It’s a basic, honest operation and we’re happy with how things are running here.
