Our office is in the KPHB Colony, specifically in the 4th Phase at L.I.G 133/12. If you know Hyderabad, you know KPHB is always moving and can be quite loud and busy. We are right in the middle of all that. We handle outsourcing work, which mostly means we take care of things like payroll and other back-office tasks for different companies. Our space is pretty functional. We have a lot of filing cabinets and several desks crowded together because we have a lot of work to get through. It is not a place with shiny floors or a waterfall in the lobby. It is just a workspace where we get things done. The LIG houses are built a certain way, so it feels a bit tight when everyone is in, but we have a good rhythm going. We spend most of the day looking at spreadsheets and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes we go out for tea at the stall down the road to get a break from the computer screens. The traffic in KPHB can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We are just a regular team doing the kind of work that keeps other businesses running smoothly behind the scenes. It is not glamorous, but it is necessary work that we do every single day.
