Hr Associate At Mobisoft

I work as an HR Associate at Mobisoft. Our location is over in Banjara Hills on Road No-10. The house number is 8-2-603/12 in Zehra Nagar. It’s a nice area of Hyderabad, though the traffic on Road 10 can be a nightmare in the evenings. We handle all the hiring and people stuff for the company from this office. It’s a pretty busy desk with a lot of interviews happening throughout the week. I spend a lot of my time looking at CVs and calling people up for initial chats. The office isn't very big, so we all sit fairly close to each other. We talk a lot about who would be a good fit for the different teams we have. It’s a lot of organizing and scheduling, trying to make sure everyone is where they need to be. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through all the emails. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks and complain about the heat. It’s a straightforward job and we try to keep the atmosphere friendly and low-key. We don't have any big corporate manifestos hanging on the walls. We just try to hire good people and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a regular office life in a busy part of the city. We just keep plugging away at it.
