It’s a busy part of town, but Shanthi Nagar itself has a bit of a neighborhood feel to it. Our place isn't one of those massive 5-star hotels with golden handles on the doors. It’s a more modest building where we focus on giving people a place to sleep and a hot meal. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we know many of the people who live on our street. The lobby is small and simple, with a few chairs and a desk where we check people in. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we still like writing things down in our big ledger sometimes.
