Hotel Operational Trainee

We've been working out of this spot in G.S. Colony for a while now. It's on Road Number 10 in Banjara Hills, right in the middle of everything. Mostly, we deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running things in the hotel world. Being a trainee place, it’s a lot of learning. People come in, they see how things work on the ground level, and we just try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of paperwork and practical stuff to get through every day. Hyderabad is a busy city, so there’s always something happening around the office. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front, just a regular office at H: No: 8-2-601/G/28. Sometimes the traffic on the way here is a real headache, especially in the evenings. We handle the basics. It’s mostly about showing people what to expect when they actually start working in a real hotel environment. It isn't always pretty, and there's a lot of grunt work involved. We just show up, do the training, and make sure everyone knows their roles. It’s quiet inside the colony, which is nice compared to the main road. We've got a small team here. Most of us have been around for a bit. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just desks and some space to go over the operational side of things. It’s a practical place for people who want to work and see how it really happens.
