Hotel Nkm'S Grand

Our place is in Shushel Towers, specifically unit 202. The address we use says Hyderabad but lists Uttar Pradesh and the 500055 pin code, which can be a bit confusing for some of the delivery drivers who come by. Hotel Nkm'S Grand is really just about the daily grind of keeping a hotel running. We have a lot of rooms to keep track of and the front desk is almost never empty. Usually, someone is there checking a guest in or answering the phone about a late arrival. The tower itself is a busy spot with other businesses around us. We spend a lot of time on the basics, like making sure the linens are fresh and the hallways are swept. It’s a lot of walking back and forth all day. The staff here are just regular folks from the area. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s a practical building for people who need a place to stay while they are in town for business or visiting relatives. Sometimes the elevator acts up, or we have to deal with a plumbing issue in one of the rooms, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s mostly about staying organized so we don’t lose track of who is in which room. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when people have questions about the city.
