You can find us at 11-2-760 in Habeebnagar, which is right in the Nampally area of Hyderabad. Hotel Miinerva Grand has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a very busy spot because the railway station isn't too far away, so there is always a lot of movement on the streets outside. We have people coming in at all hours, looking for a place to rest. The building has been here for years, and it shows its age in some spots, but we keep the rooms as clean as we can. It’s not like those five-star places you see on TV. We are a straightforward hotel for regular travelers. My staff and I handle everything from the front desk to making sure the linens are changed. The traffic in Nampally can be a real headache, but once you get inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our guests find us by just walking down the street or hearing about us from someone else. We serve some basic food, nothing too fancy, just what people usually want when they are tired from a long journey. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but it gets you there eventually. We just try to provide a roof over people's heads and a bit of peace while they are in the city. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it.
