We are located at H.No-11-81 in Pragathi Nagar, which is part of the Dilshuknagar area in Hyderabad. This is where we run Hotel Itc Kakatiya Hyderabad, The Luxury Collections. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the name, but that’s us. The address is in the 500060 area of Andhra Pradesh. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the neighborhood has seen a lot of changes over the years. Our building is a steady part of the street. Inside, it's just us doing the usual daily tasks that come with running a hotel. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just want to let you know where we are and what we do. Mostly, it involves a lot of cleaning, fixing things, and making sure everyone who walks through the door is taken care of. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but that’s the nature of the business. We have a lot of rooms to look after and the staff stays pretty busy throughout the shift. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded and other times it’s quiet enough to hear a pin drop. We just take things as they come. Being in Dilshuknagar means we see a lot of local faces as well as people from out of town. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep this place running smoothly every day. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort.
