We are located at the Ihmct&An campus in Hyderabad, zip code 500007. This place is all about the hotel industry and everything that goes with it. It is a busy environment where people are always learning the ropes of how to run a kitchen or manage a front desk properly. We don't see ourselves as a big corporate entity; we are just part of the everyday fabric of the industry here in Andhra Pradesh. Most days are filled with the sounds of plates clinking or people discussing schedules and guest needs. It is a practical place through and through. We don't go in for those fancy mission statements you see on posters in other offices. Around here, it is more about whether the floor is clean and if the guests are getting what they need on time. We have seen a lot of people come and go over the years, all trying to make their mark in hotels and food service. Working in this sector means you have to be ready for anything, especially when the crowds get big during the peak season. Our office is tucked away in the building, nothing special to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We take pride in the fact that we know the reality of the work. It is hard, it is long hours, and it is often thankless, but it is what we do. We stay focused on the day-to-day tasks.
