It’s a bit of a narrow lane, but we like it that way because it stays a little quieter than the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a few years now. The building is solid and we know every corner of it. Most of our days are spent checking people in or making sure the linens are clean. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we take pride in it. We have a few regulars who stay with us every time they are in town for business. They like that we remember their names and how they like their tea. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; sometimes a notebook works just as well for keeping track of things. The staff stays busy with the daily chores. There is always a lightbulb to change or a floor to mop after a busy morning. We don't put on airs here. It’s just a place to stay while you’re in the city. Being in Somajiguda is great because everything you need is within walking distance. We often find ourselves giving directions to people who get a bit lost in the lanes. It’s a good way to meet folks. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
