Hyderabad is a fast city, and 500001 is right in the thick of it. There is always noise, people, and the sound of the metro nearby. I think being in an adjacent lane helps a little bit with the noise, but you still feel the energy of the city. We have been running this place without any big corporate backing. It’s just a local spot. I spend a lot of my time making sure guests know how to find the lane, because sometimes the main road gets so crowded you might miss the turn. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just want to make sure the beds are made and the water is hot. The Abids area has so much history, and we are just one small part of it now. We see businessmen, students, and families coming through all the time. It is a lot of work to keep up with the pace of Hyderabad, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most luxurious place in the world, just a reliable one on High Street. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here, and we appreciate the people who stop by our lane.
