This is Hotel Ellaa Compass Suites And Spa. We are technically based at the Huda Complex area in Saroor Nagar. To be specific, the office is C/O Y. Sesukumari at the V.M. Home Quarters in Kothapet. It’s a bit of a mouthful when you tell people the address over the phone. Hyderabad is big, and this part of town has its own feel. It’s not the touristy part, but it’s where a lot of the actual work happens. The building isn't anything to brag about from the outside. It’s just a solid, older structure. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the suites and the spa from here. You won't find the fancy spa chairs or the big hotel lobby at this specific office, since it's more of a back-end spot in the quarters. There’s a lot of ledger books and phone calls to the main property. We have a few chairs for guests who might wander in by mistake, but mostly it's just the staff. The tea here is actually pretty good because we make it ourselves in the back kitchen. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We keep the files organized as best as we can. It’s a quiet place most days, which helps us focus on the numbers and the bookings. It's just us here, working through the daily chores of running a business in Hyderabad.
