Hotel Baseraa

We are located at 9-1-167/168 on Sarojini Devi Road, which is one of the busiest stretches in the city. If you know Secunderabad, you know that SD Road is always moving, from early morning until late at night. Our building has been here for years, and we have seen the shops around us change many times. Hotel Baseraa is a straightforward place. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. The rooms are a decent size, but they aren't modern or trendy. They are just rooms. We have a lot of business people staying with us because we are close to so many offices and markets. It can get pretty dusty with all the cars going by outside, so we are always dusting and mopping to keep up. The staff here are local guys who know the city well. We do not have a big corporate manual on how to talk to guests; we just try to be helpful when someone asks for something. Sometimes the street noise can be a bit much, but that is the trade-off for being in such a central location. We do not have an expensive restaurant inside, but there are plenty of places nearby to grab a biryani or a coffee. It is a practical choice for someone who needs to be in the heart of the action. We just focus on the basics and try to stay organized every day for our guests.
