This place is tucked away in Chantalabasti, right near the Pochamma Temple in Khairathabad. My name is S. Prasad, and I run things here along with C. Linghayya at House Number 10-1-616. It is not the big fancy hotel people might think of when they hear the name, but it’s ours. We have been here in Hyderabad for a long time now. The area is always buzzing because of the temple nearby, so there is never a quiet moment during the day. You can hear the prayers and the people walking by all the time. Our building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little steep, so you have to watch your step when you’re coming up. We keep things simple because that is what works for us and the people who stay here. Sometimes the water pressure acts up in the morning, but we usually get it sorted out pretty quick. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and making sure guests have what they need, especially when it gets really hot in the summer. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us doing the chores and answering the door. People come here because it’s a familiar spot in a busy neighborhood. We just do our best to keep the rooms ready and the lights on for whoever shows up.
