Hnubsuflr Techmarks (Opc) Private Limited is located inside the Catalyst Building at T-Hub, on the IIIT Hyderabad Campus in Gachibowli. Being in T-Hub means there are always people moving around and new things happening. It’s a bit different from a standalone office because you’re surrounded by other people doing similar tech work. We have our own little space here where we focus on techmarks and related projects. It’s a very busy campus, and sometimes it feels like a maze trying to find the right room. We’ve been here for a bit, and it’s a good environment if you like being around technology. Gachibowli is the place to be for this kind of work in Hyderabad. We don't really have a big staff; it's an OPC, so it’s a pretty tight operation. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations about our values. We just log in and get to work. The building itself is quite modern, but our actual workspace is just practical. We use the shared facilities and just try to keep our heads down and stay productive. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at code or designs. We chose this location because of the proximity to other tech minds and the resources available on the IIIT campus. It’s a straightforward setup for someone who just wants to focus on building something useful without all the unnecessary fluff of a traditional firm.
