Hermes Networks is located over in New Mirjalguda, Malkajgiri. The address is House Number 14-150. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with the trains and the local markets nearby. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage network stuff. We have cables and routers sitting around on the tables most of the time. It’s not the cleanest-looking office because we are always fixing things or testing new equipment. The staff here is pretty small. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts because we’re often crawling under desks or climbing up to check connections. We aren't trying to be a fancy IT firm. We just want the networks to stay up so people can do their work. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of fans going full blast. We’ve been in Malkajgiri for a while now and know the local area well. If something breaks, we usually know who to call or where to go to get a replacement part. We don't spend money on expensive ads. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Hyderabad. We just keep our heads down and handle the technical side of things the best we can every day. It’s gritty work sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge of solving problems for our clients in the neighborhood. We usually head home once everything is running smoothly.
