It’s a place where people come when they aren't feeling well or need some basic medical attention. The area is always crowded with people and vehicles, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Inside, we just try to help whoever walks in. We deal with various health issues and try to give people the care they need. It’s not a fancy hospital, just a practical center in a very busy part of Hyderabad. Our address is easy to remember since the Nalgonda X Road is a major landmark for everyone in Malakpet. We see all kinds of patients every day, from little kids with fevers to older people with aches and pains. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and people have to stand, but we do our best to see everyone as quickly as we can. It’s hard work and the days are long, but this is what we do.
