Out here on Ghatkesar Main Road, things are always moving. Haripriya Real Estate is just a small place we run in the Rangareddy district. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing through our door. We spend a lot of time just talking to local landowners and people looking for a bit of plot around here. It is a lot of dusty work sometimes, going out to look at sites in the sun. Rangareddy is growing fast, but we try to keep things simple and honest. We have a small office where we keep our registers and all the documents. It isn’t anything special to look at, just a desk and some chairs and an old fan that makes a bit of noise when it's hot. We mostly know everyone around Ghatkesar. People stop by for tea and ask what the property prices are doing these days. We tell them what we know from our daily rounds. It is mostly word of mouth that brings people in. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. We just write things down and show people the actual land so they can see for themselves. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit messy, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We have been in this spot for some time now. It’s a local business, run by local people who live nearby. We just handle the paperwork and try to make sure everything is clear.
