You can find us over at H S I L Ltd on the Atheh Nagar Main Road in Balanagar. It’s a pretty busy industrial area, and our place is right in the middle of it all. We spend our time working with various building products, mostly things like bathroom fixtures and ceramic items. Our space is more of a warehouse and distribution point than a fancy shop. There are usually rows of crates and boxes stacked up, and we spend a lot of time moving them around to get orders ready. It isn’t a very quiet place because of the main road traffic and the work going on inside, but we’re used to it. We don't really do much in the way of polished displays; we just show people the actual products they are going to get. Most of our visitors are contractors or people doing big renovations who need to see the items in person. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and the paperwork, which is usually piled high with invoices. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache, especially when we are waiting for a shipment to arrive from the factory. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure we don't mix up any orders. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace where we focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk.
