You can find us on Srinagar Colony Road in Panjagutta. We are at 8-3-952/10/6 and 7, which sounds complicated but it's just how the numbering goes around here in Hyderabad. We’ve been teaching catering and hotel work for a long time. The kitchen areas get pretty hot during the middle of the day, especially when everyone is cooking at once. We don't have a giant campus, just our building where we fit in the classrooms and the practice labs. It's a busy part of town, so there's always noise from the street. Our staff mostly stays busy keeping the supplies stocked and making sure the students don't burn the food. It's not like the fancy hotels you see on TV, but we teach the basics that help people get jobs. Some of the equipment is older, but we keep it clean and working. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stuff for us. We just put up our sign and wait for people to come in. If you're walking down towards Panjagutta, you'll see us. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. That’s just the nature of the industry. It’s a lot of hard work and not much sitting around. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule. We have been here for years and the neighborhood has changed around us quite a lot.
