GOWRA ESTATES LLP

If you’re looking for us, we are up on the 5th floor of Gowra Grand, right behind Gowra Plaza on S.P. Road. Begumpet is a busy area to work in, but being in suite 502 gives us a little bit of quiet from the street noise below. We’ve been at this for a while at GOWRA ESTATES LLP. The office is usually filled with files and maps of the local area. We don't spend much time making things look fancy because we are usually too busy actually working. People come by to talk about land or flats, and we just tell them what we know. S.P. Road always has something going on, and being near the plaza means there is always a crowd. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the Hyderabad property scene. It’s not always easy work, especially when the rules change or the market gets weird, but we stick with it. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like documentation and checking titles so other people don't have to. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and the heat in the summer makes the commute tough, but this is home. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just local people who know the buildings in this neighborhood. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking through various construction sites.
