We are based out of room 301 in the Ncl Kaveri 2 building, which is in Shantinagar. It is right near Masab Tank in Hyderabad. Working from an apartment building gives our office a very different feel than a typical commercial space. We know the people who live in the other units and we always say hello to the security staff at the gate. Our office is not very big. We have squeezed several desks into the rooms and there are stacks of binders everywhere you look. This is where we plan out everything for the resort and the spa. It can get pretty crowded when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we just pull up some extra stools and make it work. We do not have a fancy view or expensive carpets. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We spend most of our time on the phone or coordinating with the staff at the actual resort site. For lunch, we usually send someone out to get food from one of the local spots nearby. We have a simple routine and we stick to it every day. It is all about making sure the guests have what they need, even if we are working from a modest room in a residential complex. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without any fuss.
