You can find our site over in Yerawada, at Sr. No 154/2, Plot No. 34 in Mazi Sainik Nagar. Pune is growing so fast, but this little pocket feels a bit more grounded. Gland Pharma Ltd has this facility here where we do a lot of the daily production and logistics work. It’s not like those big corporate headquarters you see in the tech parks. This is a working site. There are trucks coming in and out, and people in lab coats or uniforms moving around all day. It’s busy and sometimes a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that is just Pune these days. We have a lot of local people working here who live just a few blocks away. It makes the place feel more like a community than just a company. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just have a job to do making medicines and we get on with it. The neighborhood of Mazi Sainik Nagar is pretty quiet otherwise, mostly residential around the edges. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now. It’s a practical space, built for work, not for showing off. We just show up, do our shifts, and make sure everything is handled properly before we head home. It is just a regular part of the industrial landscape here. We aren't trying to be fancy, just productive.
