We are located in Quarter Number D-22 in the HAL Colony, over in the P.O. H.A.L area of Hyderabad. Our postcode is 500042. This isn't your typical glass-and-steel office building. We’re tucked away in the colony, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a bank. We work on consumer finance here. Mostly, that means we help people with loans and managing their money for things they need to buy. It’s a lot of numbers and paperwork, to be honest. We sit at our desks and go through applications and talk to people on the phone. The HAL Colony is a steady, established place, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We don't have a big neon sign out front. People who live nearby or work at HAL know where we are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice enough area. We keep things pretty informal inside. We don't wear suits unless we really have to. We’re just regular employees doing our jobs. The fans hum in the background and we drink a lot of tea while we work through the stacks of files. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use any confusing financial jargon if we can help it. We just explain how things work and let people decide what they want to do. It’s how we’ve always done it here in this office.
