Our small office is located at 8-2-682 on Road No 12, which everyone knows is a pretty well-known part of Banjara Hills. GAR REKHA REALTY LLP is just a local outfit doing what we can in the real estate world. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and people dropping by to ask about available spaces or what the prices are doing this month. Hyderabad keeps growing so fast that it’s hard to keep track sometimes. We spend a lot of time out of the office, looking at buildings or meeting people at different sites. The office itself is simple. We aren't really into big presentations or corporate talk. It’s mostly just us sitting around a desk, looking at blueprints and talking to neighbors. Dealing with property around here means you have to know the streets well, and Road 12 is like our second home. It gets loud outside with the cars, but we like being in the center of things. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, especially when multiple people want the same thing at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a reliable place where people can come for local advice. It's a straightforward job, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ups and downs of the market. We just keep our heads down and get the paperwork done to make sure everything stays on track.
