We've been over here on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills for a while now. The office is at 8-2-682, right in the middle of everything. It's a busy spot, honestly. People come in asking about property stuff and we just try to help them find what they need without making it complicated. Most of our days are spent checking on different plots or talking to folks who want to move into the area. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with and sometimes things get delayed at the offices, but we just keep at it. We know this part of Hyderabad pretty well by now. The traffic on Road 12 can be a nightmare during the evenings, but it's where we are based. If you walk past the building, you'll probably see one of us drinking tea or looking over a site map. We don't have fancy brochures or a huge team of sales people in suits. It's just a few of us here at GAR ABHINAV REALTY LLP trying to make sense of the local market. Some days are slow and other days we're running around until late at night. That's just how the property business goes in a city like this. We've seen how much Banjara Hills has changed over the years, and we're just part of the local scene now. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show up and do the work.
