Ganges Valley School

Ganges Valley School is situated on Bachupally Road in the Nizampet area of Hyderabad. If you know that road, you know it can get pretty busy with all the cars and bikes going by. We are set back a little bit from the main noise, but you can still hear the city moving. The school has a fairly large footprint compared to some of the smaller places in the neighborhood. We have a lot of stairs and various wings for different age groups. It can be a bit confusing if you’re visiting for the first time, but we usually have someone around to point you in the right direction. We don't have a polished marketing pitch. Most of the time, we're too busy sorting out the bus schedules or making sure the computer lab is working. The weather in Hyderabad can be tough, so we spend a lot on keeping the fans running and making sure there is cold water for everyone. Our staff is a mix of older teachers who have been here forever and younger ones just starting out. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a place where kids come to learn and we try to keep the environment safe and orderly. Some days everything goes right, and some days the printer breaks down and the lunch is late. We just take it as it comes.
