Our place is tucked away in MLA Colony, which is part of Banjara Hills. If you know the area, you know Road Number 12 is always moving. We are at Plot No. 139-A, or at least a part of it. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We spend most of our time dealing with the cakes and the chocolate side of things. It gets messy in the kitchen, honestly. Flour on the floor and chocolate on the aprons is pretty much the standard look for us by noon. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Hyderabad, just a steady one. There are a lot of fancy shops around here, but we just stick to our corner and do the work. The building isn't anything to write home about. We have some heavy equipment that hums all day long. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to scramble to get things finished on time. It’s just the way things are in this business. We’ve been here at this address for a while now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a fixture in this part of the city. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just us and the ovens. The glaze gets everywhere if you aren't careful, so we spend a lot of time cleaning.
