Our office is tucked away at 64 Ravi Colony in West Marredpally. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than being in a big commercial hub. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the engineering side of things without too many distractions. The house we work out of has been converted to fit our desks and all the technical drawings we keep filed away. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, and papers end up on every available surface. Being Fourth Generation doesn't mean we have a giant history book on the wall, it's just the name we’ve worked under for a long time. Most of us are usually leaning over computers or talking about site plans. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just enough for people to know they’ve found the right house in Ravi Colony. During lunch, we usually walk down the street to find something to eat or just sit in the small courtyard out back. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or designed and then we get to it. The neighborhood kids sometimes play nearby, and you can hear them through the windows while we work on our calculations. It’s just a normal, hardworking office environment where we try to get the designs done right.
