We've been at this spot in Sardar Patel Nagar for a while now. It's a quiet corner of Malkajgiri, which is nice because it lets us focus on the blueprints without too much noise from the main road. Most days you’ll find three or four of us hunched over desks covered in rolls of tracing paper and coffee mugs that have been sitting there since the morning. The office at H.No 7-58/4 isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We spend a lot of time talking about site measurements and making sure the dimensions on the screen actually make sense for a real building. Secunderabad has its own rhythm, and being based here in Hyderabad means we’re used to the local way of doing things. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, so we just stick to sketching by hand until it comes back. It's not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular place where we get the work done. We know the neighbors, and the tea stall down the lane knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception area or a glossy brochure because we’re usually too busy looking at structural details or answering calls from contractors who are stuck on-site. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of pens. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the paperwork as it comes in.
