First Man Management Services Private Limited

Our main office for First Man Management Services Private Limited is located at No. 23- D in Eswarpuri Colony. It is a decent area in Secunderabad, and we have been based here for some time now. The office itself is part of a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel too stiff or corporate when you walk in. We have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day, mostly looking for work or asking about different placements we might have. There are always stacks of resumes on the desks and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. We try to keep a bit of order in the chaos, but it is a busy environment most of the time. The rooms are filled with basic office furniture and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a practical space where we conduct interviews and handle the administrative side of things. Outside, the colony is usually quite peaceful, which is a nice contrast to the bustle inside our doors. We take our lunches together sometimes when it isn't too crazy with walk-ins. It is just a group of us trying to help people find their footing in various jobs. We don't use any fancy management talk here; we just talk to people like they are real people. It is a straightforward way of working in a local neighborhood and it suits us just fine.
