Firmware Engineer

This is where I stay and do my engineering work, over in Prashant Colony. It’s house number 7-1-235/21 in the Balkampet area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from the big IT parks on the other side of the city. I set up a desk at home because it’s easier than commuting through the heavy traffic every day. Most of my work involves firmware, so I have a lot of small boards and cables lying around. My family is here too, so there’s usually some noise from the kitchen or the street outside. It’s not a formal business environment, but I get the work done regardless. I spend a lot of time reading manuals and trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't responding. Balkampet is a nice place to be, and I like that I can just walk down the street for a snack when I need a break. I don’t have a big logo or a mission statement. I just take on projects and try to finish them correctly. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the wires, but that’s just how engineering looks when you’re actually doing it. I’m happy with this simple setup. It keeps me close to home and lets me focus on the technical stuff without all the corporate fluff. It’s just how I prefer to run things these days.
