FIREFLY PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLP

Firefly Property Solutions is run out of Flat 105 in the Eden C block of Casa Paradiso. It’s located in Sanathnagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. The building is easy enough to spot once you get into the complex. We’ve been here for a bit, using this flat as our main workspace. It’s not a commercial skyscraper, but it works for us. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for all the files we have to keep. Most of the time, we’re busy looking into property details or talking to people on the phone about different sites. Sanathnagar is a bit different from the newer tech hubs; it has its own pace and history. We like it here because it feels like a real community. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle with polished presentations and marketing talk. We just tell people what we know about the local market and help them out with the paperwork. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of people over, but we just pull up some extra chairs. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the regulations and changes in the city. It’s simple, honest work. We don't have a big logo on the door or a receptionist. If you knock, one of us will just come and let you in.
