Exotic Carpets & Interiors. You can find us at 6-3-381, right on the first floor. We are located directly above the Maruthi Show Room on Banjara Hills Road. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic down below is quite loud, but once you come upstairs it gets a bit quieter. We have a lot of floor space here, which is lucky because carpets take up so much room. We spend a lot of time unrolling things and then rolling them back up again. It’s a bit of a workout, actually. The light comes in through the front windows and hits the colors of the rugs, which is nice in the afternoons. We aren't the type of place with a lot of glass and chrome. It’s more about the stacks of inventory and the smell of wool. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know all the neighbors. People usually come in after looking at cars downstairs, or they just see our sign from the road. We don't have a big fancy reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us walking around with a tape measure or a notebook. It’s a practical way to run a business. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different sizes and styles, it’s a constant job. That’s just how it goes in the carpet trade.
