Essenn Architetcs

Our office is located at Plot No 122 inside the Spaces And More Business Center in Madhapur. We are tucked into Phase 1 of Kavuri Hills, right beside the lane where Bantia Furnitures is. Essenn Architetcs has been working from this spot for a while now. It’s a busy business center, so there are always people moving around. We have our own space where we keep our drawing boards and computers. It’s not a massive studio, but it’s enough for us to get our architecture work done. We spend a lot of time thinking about how buildings should look and how they should function for the people living in them. There are usually rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls and coffee cups on every available surface. Madhapur is a fast-paced area, but we try to keep our process steady. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw the lines and hope the contractors follow them correctly. It’s about making sure the stairs are in the right place and the roof doesn't leak. We get a mix of different projects, some small and some quite large. It keeps the day interesting and our minds busy. If you're looking for us, just head towards Kavuri Hills and look for the furniture shop lane. We're right there in the business center, usually working through a pile of papers.
